for products built on market data

If your users can see our data,
you need a redistribution licence.

No non-professional plan covers it — not at any team size, not for a beta, not for a free tier. That is the exchange's rule, not ours, and it is the one thing we will not let you get wrong by accident.

The arithmetic, in the open

tickstream platform$150/mo
CME licence · per professional user$199/mo each
CME licence · per exchange (CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX)$199/mo each
OPRA options, display use$1600/mo
Worked example — 4 exchanges, 3 professional users, futures only $1,543/mo

One of those lines is ours. The rest are the exchanges', at the rate they charge us, without a markup.

We publish it this way because you can verify every pass-through line against a public fee schedule, and a vendor who hides them is charging you something they do not want compared.

Redistribution is a separate question again

Professional use is your people seeing the data. Redistribution is your users seeing it — an app, a dashboard, a resold feed. From $2500/month plus $199 per reported end user.

There is deliberately no calculator for this one. The number depends on how the data is displayed and to whom, and a confident figure produced by a form would be worse than no figure at all.

What working with us looks like

  1. 01
You tell us what the user sees

Delayed or realtime, which markets, how many end users, and whether they can export it.

  2. 02
We quote it, line by line

Same formula as above. Nothing is bundled into an opaque "enterprise" figure.

  3. 03
You build on the same API as everyone else

No special endpoints, no separate SDK. The licence changes what you may do with the data, not how you fetch it.

  4. 04
We report to the exchange, you do not

End-user counts go through us. It is our distributor licence that carries the obligation.

Every licence figure above has been reconciled against our signed agreements — the exchanges' rates, at the rate we pay, with one line of our own on top. If a quote we send you ever disagrees with this table, the table is the one that is wrong and we will honour it.

Provable gap or a wrong print in your stream? That month is free. Automatically — no ticket, no argument.
